Danielle Bartos, LPCC

Danielle Bartos, LPCC

I enjoy working with you as you gain an understanding of your past and your present, and the impact they have on you today. As you share your story, I want you to feel heard and understood. Learning more about your motivations and goals can be a first step in changing your life and I value being trusted to join you as we partner together in empowering you to exceed your goals. As an LPCC in Colorado, I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive space where we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
As a therapist specializing in therapy and trauma informed yoga, I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that addresses both the brain and the body. I am passionate about helping people work through their challenges and improve their lives through somatic work. I believe that counseling is most effective when we prioritize positivity, empathy, and a little humor. By building a trusted and collaborative environment, we can explore your motivations and goals, gain a deeper understanding of your past and present experiences, and identify how they impact your life today.

I specialize in therapy and trauma informed yoga with adults and teens. By integrating therapy and yoga, we can support your brain and your body working together. By integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and movement, we can tap into the body's natural healing abilities and promote emotional regulation, stress reduction, and self-awareness.
Therapy sessions with me often include somatic work, where I help you build a deeper connection with your body. By exploring the sensations and emotions that arise in the body, we can identify and release patterns of tension, trauma, and stress that may be impacting your mental health.

I work with individuals, couples and families. My focus areas in therapy sessions, as well as sessions that integrate trauma informed yoga into therapy, key in on reducing anxiety, increasing self-confidence, and processing trauma and grief. I'm passionate about supporting you in exploring your spirituality, reducing anxiety and overwhelm, and improving your relationships.
Whether we're meeting in person or online, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I strive to empower you to reduce anxiety and stress and move forward intentionally.

Counseling has been an exciting journey for me, as it has allowed me to meld my passion with work life. After years of working in marketing, I took a leap of faith and moved to Colorado to pursue my dream of becoming a clinical mental health counselor.
If you're feeling hesitant about taking the first step in reaching out, know that it's completely expected. I'm here to support you and guide you every step of the way. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy, so we can work together in a way that's convenient and comfortable for you. I'm looking forward to connecting with you and starting this journey together!
