Your journey is worth embarking on, and I'm here to ensure you don't have to go it alone. I offer support to teens, adults, and children 8+ and their families, each on their unique path towards mental well-being. Welcome to a space where support and understanding meet practical solutions.
My academic journey began with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Criminology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. Building on this foundation, I pursued a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health from Adam State University and proudly became a member of Chi Sigma Iota, signifying my commitment to professional growth. With over 18 years of experience, I've had the privilege of serving diverse communities across different settings. I've facilitated various groups, from Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS) to Alcohol and other Drug (AOD) sessions, cultivating spaces for positive change. Bringing together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Center Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Curriculum, my approach is both versatile and tailored to your needs.
Choose between the convenience of teletherapy or the familiarity of in-office sessions – your preferences and schedule guide the way. Sharing your story is an honor I deeply value. I'm genuinely eager to meet you, to listen to your experiences, and to work together towards a more resilient and healthier you. Let's embark on this journey towards well-being together.
