When you connect with me, you can rely on my steadfast support and guidance as you tap into your own potential, building self-awareness and confidence. I believe that you are the expert on you and my approach revolves around your unique needs. Together, we'll navigate the path ahead, uncovering your specific goals and identifying the practical steps that make sense for you. You'll soon realize that the tools and skills necessary for your personal healing and growth already exist within you. Our common objective is to plot a course toward a healthier, happier you.

Currently pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I've spent the last year and a half fully immersed in my studies. The knowledge I've gained, I'm eager to share with you. Grateful for my learning journey, I'm thrilled to embark on this new chapter as a counseling intern at RAFT Counseling, a compassionate and supportive community. I look forward to creating a safe, nurturing space for exploration and healing, recognizing that a strong partnership between counselor and client is transformative. At RAFT Counseling, my focus extends to adults, teens, and children 12+, offering both in-office and telehealth sessions for your convenience.

I want you to feel valued, understood, and accepted. That first step toward change can be daunting, and I'm here to walk alongside you, propelling you toward emotional, behavioral, and mental well-being. Let's partner together on this journey towards a brighter future.
